Mubadala appoints new head of sales

Frederic Dupont has been appointed the new Head of Global Sales of the Mubadala Aerospace MRO network, as the maintenance firm continues to establish its global footprint.

Frederic Dupont has been appointed the new Head of Global Sales of the Mubadala Aerospace MRO network, as the maintenance firm continues to establish its global footprint.

Dupont will report directly to Abdulla Shadid, chief commercial officer of the MRO network. The MRO provider says, "In his new role, he will play a key role in expanding the MRO network’s global customer base and position the joint product and service portfolio of Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies (ADAT) and SR Technics. With more than 14 years in the aviation industry, he draws from his long-standing experience and excellent industry network built up in different senior sales and management positions at Pratt & Whitney."

“I am delighted that we could win an accomplished aviation industry professional with an excellent track record in the engines business,” said Shadid. “Frederic brings in a strong industry network and his great talent to help grow the business. He will play a key role in expanding our global markets and to develop our positioning as a leading MRO player.”
