Peach Aviation has announced its first routes from its new Tokyo Narita base.

In addition to the existing Narita-Kansai route currently under operation, Peach will open new routes from Narita to Sapporo (Shin-Chitose) and Fukuoka, starting March 29th.

The Sapporo route will open with one round-trip flight per day, and the Fukuoka route will start with two round-trip flights daily.

“With its expansion in Narita Airport arrivals and departures, Peach hopes to bring the enjoyment of low-cost air travel to more customers in the Tokyo area who have had less occasion to fly Peach.”

The LCC adds, “In addition to establishing the opening of the new routes as a first step in making Narita Airport a Peach hub, Peach will continue to consider other airports besides Kansai, Naha, and Narita airports as new hubs.”

Peach is part-owned by ANA, which has an fully-owned LCC based at Narita, Vanilla Air.
