Asian Aviation Magazine appoints new editor
SINGAPORE, 11 January 2016 – Asian Aviation Magazine, the leading independent information provider on the civil aviation industry in Asia, announced today it has appointed veteran journalist Matt Driskill as its new Editor.
Driskill has lived and worked thoughout Europe and Asia since 1989. From 2002 to 2008 Driskill worked for the International Herald Tribune (now the International New York Times) and was promoted to the position of Editor, Business Asia, for the newspaper’s Asian business section. He later worked for Reuters in Singapore where he was a senior editor.
Driskill also served as the client service manager for the Executive Education web site INSEAD Online at the global management and business INSEAD at its campus in France.
In 2004, Driskill was elected President of the Foreign Correspondents Club in Hong Kong.
